WE ARE BACK, FOLKS! Thats right, Foks Studio is BACK AT IT AGAIN with yet ANOTHER LORE THEORY! Were that one article series that TOTALLY did not die for a few months due to IRL shenanigans (ughhhh life…) THIS TIME, we will be discussing an upcoming SMP called LOCKED SMP!
LOCKED SMP is a new 18+ SMP that is inspired by TADC (The Amazing Digital Circus). In LOCKED SMP's very first Twitter Post, the overall concept is explained: “Where a group of unfortunate protagonists are trapped inside a game, all being controlled by an AI ringmaster! being faced with the challenges of the Adventures and The Void.”
This already raised a few questions, such as: Who is the ringmaster? How did the players end up trapped in this game in the first place? What kind of challenges do they face? Why are the players being controlled and how? Hopefully we can answer at least SOME of these questions within this article!
Now, what do we have here?!
The image above from LOCKED SMPS' second Twitter post appears to be a newspaper article of some sort. For some bizarre reason, most of the newspaper is scratched including two figures who appear to be shaking hands with a bunny figure who just so happens to not be scratched out. However, the strange bunny figure isnt the only thing that is clearly visible. The heading of the News article is also visible and of which says, “LUCID HAS BEEN BOUGHT?” Above it you can see the company publisher.. Name… person thing which goes by the name of “STARLIGHT PRINTS”. I almost forgot, but there is a subheading that can also be read clearly which is titled, “USA MEETS THE REAL WORLD” which is apparently a quote by a Starline inc director??
This just raises even MORE questions than answers TwT. Who or what is Lucid? Is it a company?? What is Starline inc? I cant help but notice another subheading which reads a date, “April 15th 2021”. What makes this date so significant? Who are those figures in the picture of the News article, and WHO IS THE BUNNY PERSON?!!!!
Upon further research, I have found a CARRD that is titled StarLine INC and so far, it contains nothing more than the following image
WHAT THE HECK IS THIS? It appears to be a store of some sort. Wait.. WAIT: THE BUNNY MAN WOMAN PERSON IS ON THE COVERS OF.. is it a book or something? Or is it a cover of a game? Maybe its a game the players get trapped in?
So far we still have ALOT of questions that are currently left unanswered, HOWEVER I absolutely LOVE the concept and I look forward to making a follow-up article possibly containing some answers to our questions… or maybe more questions, but for now, its all just a theory, A LORE THEORY!!!
