Minecraft Lore News is what it says in the name, it is a news organization that posts news regarding what is happening in the Minecraft Lore Community.First of all, Minecraft Lore News is owned by Foks Studio, which makes both events, are the creators of Onechance SMP, and of course, Minecraft Lore News!
Foks Studio stands ground when it comes to keeping the core of creativity alive, which they do with all 3 of their branches, Lore News? to help get peoples amazing story ideas out there, Events? To spread fun around the community, even sometimes with a pin of lore mixed into it, Onechance SMP?

But underneath the surface, there is a lot to unravel, so lets start with the story behind Lore News.
Minecraft Lore News haven’t always been about news, it actually started as “The official Committee of Lore Makers”, which was created on September 19th 2023, and was a place, for Lore Makers to post out the Lore Ideas they got but didn’t have the time to do, so others could do them instead. But I went a little dead in the project, so on the 20th of December 2023, Foks made a poll, asking if he should change it to become “Minecraft Lore News”, and 100% of the voters agreed on changing it. Since then, Minecraft Lore News has kept growing, growing, and even more growing!
Minecraft Lore News has a team of writers and translators, who work on writing blogs, translating them, and so much more! You can find them here.
Our writers are people from the community, rather they are/have been in SMPs, events, series, or are just fans of the community. We believe, that a writer that is into what they write, will lead to a great article, which is why Lore News is by the community, for the community.
Our translators are either native or fluent/almost fluent in the languages they translate to, which is done to ensure the best possible translations.
Right now, Lore News has 2 blog/article series, those being LoreDeed (on hiatus), and Lore Theory.
LoreDeed is a weekly list of SMPs/events/projects/series/whatever in the lore community, that have applications open, rather that be admin applications, egg applications, player applications, paid voice acting, whatever! If its there, then it might end up in the list.
LoreDeed kinda started because people were mostly using our Twitter Account for finding applications, and we wanted to make it easier for you guys, the consumers, to find things in the lore community with applications open, because the community is only as big as we are willing to tell stories, so LoreDeed was born to make it easier for the consumers to find open applications, and for the SMPs/events/series/projects to get people interested!
Lore Theory comes out whenever they do, for the most part, and are all about going into the depth of what lore really is, a human generation of marvelous creativity, really captivating all the hours of time, and creative ideas, put in to making an SMP, Event, Series, or whatever else, into something bigger, into a bigger story.

The Lore Awards are hosted by Minecraft Lore News, and is a yearly event, where we celebrate the amazing SMPs, Events, Projects, Series, Streamers, Moments, and so much more, rather that be best character death, best Lore SMP, or whatever it might be!
The winners will be announced either during a stream/video or through a blog on our page, but we are trying to make it a stream or video as many times as possible, because we think that that is a better way of celebrating them. The winners will as well as being announced in the stream/video or blog, also be announced on our twitter account in a thread, that thread will be pinned on our twitter account until the next winners get announced. (Like, after the stream/video or blog is out).
