IT IS TIME FOLKS for yet another LORE THEORY: The article that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure you're all caught up on all of that SMP drama This time, we will be doing our very first follow-up article where we will dive EVEN DEEPER into what the hell is going on over on none other than DIVINITY SMP!

To sum up what has been discussed before, “Divinity SMP is a Minecraft server where players enter a world that was originally intended to be a prison for gods” and in our 2nd Lore-Theory article (link), we went over various quotes and images that were found on some of Divinity SMPs social media posts! MANY questions were asked in the previous Divinity article BUT NOW, thanks to @mossydays on Discord, we have MORE CONTEXT as to what's actually happening on Divinity SMP!

To begin, let's take another look at the image of the blood-fountain:

At first, I questioned if this would be blood and if so, if it was relating to any sort of sacrifice at all but NOW, we have an answer! APPARENTLY, this fountain is a prison for several gods where some gods walked freely while others were caged. The “blood” in the fountain is actually FAKE and it was intended to look real in order to trick the players into freeing the gods from their hell by taking a peek at what was under the fountain.

Now, let's discuss some of the gods and goddesses of Divinity SMP. From what I know, there are six main gods in total:

Species: Clock/Object head

Primary personality traits: Watcher, Cold exterior

Motivations, beliefs, values, etc.: Believes himself to be a curse to any human he holds dearly 

Species: Dove

Primary personality traits: ? ? ? ? ?

Motivations, beliefs, values, etc.: ? ? ? ? ?

Species: Deer

Primary personality traits: Silly, Fun, Kind, Mischievous

Motivations, beliefs, values, etc.: Likes to make sure everyone is alive and well

He has tea parties with Moon and █████████

Species: Werewolf

Primary personality traits: Calculating, Cold, Restricted, yearning

Motivations, beliefs, values, etc.: Those who have met him, deserve the fate they have bestowed upon others

Any fun facts?: Keep your mind protected with him lurking... Earn his favor with gestures of affection, and you might just live a little longer.

He might have a soft spot for those who have grown in shoes like his.

5. Nioma, goddess of the moon and dreams:

Species: Barn owl 

Primary personality traits: (redacted)

Any fun facts?: (redacted)

6. Muromachi, goddess of luck and fortune:

Species: Kitsune

Primary personality traits: She comes off at first as a very nice and welcoming person but once getting to know her more can come off as a bit rude or mean but still keeping that nice tone. Behind closed doors tho they are very rude and can be very hurtful with their words. Most of the time it is not meant to be like that just coming from frustration from/about the world they are now stuck in.

Motivations, beliefs, values, etc.: Muro's main goal as of the moment is to leave this world and get their abilities returned to them.

Any fun facts?: Muro's favorite flowers are Lily of the valley's

Once again according to @mossydays on Discord, I was indeed CORRECT about how the gods dont/didnt have their powers until the server members arrived, though now a new question arises. Why didn't they have their powers before? Was it simply because they were/are imprisoned?

Looks like we are gonna have to do a THIRD followup article on Divinity SMPs lore considering a lot of lore won't be released until October TwT but in the end, it's all just a theory, A LORE THEORY! Thanks for reading^^
