“...THERES A TUMBLRRRRRRRRR?!!!”  (live reaction upon conducting research)

We are BACK AT IT AGAIN with Foks Studios, THIRD LORE THEORY: your go-to article that covers all of the juicy SMP lore (yes.. ALL) that you might have missed! THIS TIME, we will be reviewing what we know so far about Arco-Gen SMP!

Now Arco-Gen SMP is an interesting one! I mean, take a look at this intro video that they made (link). This SMP is a “SCP & QSMP Inspired Project” which is a very unique theme if I am being completely honest with you! I hope you are just as intrigued as I am about this because whether you like it or not, we WILL be diving deeper into what is behind the scenes of this server.

Lets go back to Arco-Gen SMP´s Very first post on Twitter (link). The post says and I quote:

“Welcome to Arcogen Labs. The lights hum. The walls remember. Not all experiments stay where we put them.”

This line follows with this image which I assume to be a brand logo:

“Arco - Gen LABORATORIES”...

This lab is OBVIOUSLY a very important setting for the players of this server. Now accessing the quote above, given the whole laboratory setting, the line, “Welcome to Arco-Gen Labs” implies that the server members have a connection to this very lab. The line, “The lights hum” determines the overall setting of the lab giving you an ominous, eerie and almost… infamous impression of the laboratory. The line, “The walls remember” may possibly indicate that there have been a series of most likely tragic events that took place in these labs.. This line ultimately gives you a very eerie and mysterious vibe at least from my perspective and FINALLY, the line, “Not all experiments stay where we put them” indicates… Well, I don't know exactly what this could mean. Could this mean that some of these lab “experiments” have escaped? If so, are they dangerous?? What could this possibly mean for the server and its members???

Looking at Arco-Gen SMP´s next Twitter post (link) You can see what I can assume is dialogue that says:

“We don’t call them “failed” experiments.”

“We call them… uncontained.”
“A failure implies the process is over.”

“With these, the process never ends.”

My my, this is quite the ominous set of sentences indeed! These sentences are followed by a very eerie, analog-type of video. I suspect that these sentences could imply that this lab is FULL OF MAD SCIENTISTS THAT DONT KNOW WHEN TO QUIT TMTMTMTMT… But seriously, this possibly means that this lab is the enemy and the server members are in DANGER considering they obviously have some sort of connection to the lab. Are the players TEST SUBJECTS?!! Are the members trapped in this lab? Did they escape??

The Next Twitter post (link) That we will look at contains these set of lines:

“The first uncontained subject didn’t leave the lab.”
“It stayed in the corner, staring at the door, as if waiting for someone it recognized.”

The text was followed by this image:

Hmmm, What could this mean? Could this possibly mean that the players and the “uncontained subjects” are two different things?? If this is the case, then that would also mean that each “uncontained subject” may have a different set of behaviours which is very interesting to me!

So far, what we gathered is that “Arco - Gen Laboratories” is an infamous lab full of mad scientists who are conducting a series of experiments on… people? What the organization calls “uncontained experiments” is another way of saying that that experiment is a defect, however could still be of use in the future. This lab doesn't believe in “failed experiments”. Another thing is that each experiment has their own unique set of behaviors. However, what role do the players have in this server?

Why are they important to Arco-Gen Laboratories? Well my friends, that is something that will be discussed in the future, but for now, that's just a theory… A LORE THEORYYY!!! Thanks for reading :3.
